Bookings & Payments

All training sessions and events must be booked and paid for online in advance unless otherwise noted.

Cancellation & Credit Policy

We understand things come up! If you’re unable to attend your scheduled training session, your payment will be credited toward a future class of equal or lesser value. Please notify us as soon as possible if you can’t make it, so we can adjust our schedule accordingly. Credits are valid for one year from the original purchase date. Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Risk & Liability

Motorsports involve inherent risks. All riders must sign a liability waiver prior to participating. A waiver is completed at the gate upon entering the facility. You agree to assume full responsibility for your safety and comply with all facility rules.

Track Rules

All riders and visitors must follow our posted facility rules at this link. Failure to follow rules may result in removal from the facility without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, images, and materials on this website are owned by Top Gun MX or used with permission. You may not reproduce or distribute without approval.

Website Use

Prohibited actions include:

• Attempting to breach site security

• Misuse of booking systems or payment processes

• Unauthorized commercial use of site content
