Our mission is to create a motocross community where riders of all ages can grow, compete, and thrive.

We are dedicated to developing the next generation of motocross athletes by providing a safe, challenging, and supportive environment. By bringing together families, fans, and riders, our track serves as more than a racing venue. It’s a place where lifelong memories are made, friendships are built, and a shared passion for motocross unites us all.

About & History

Top Gun MX has been around since 1989. Built by original owner Al Lane, the likes of Damon Bradshaw. Austin Stroupe, Jordon Smith, and many other Carolina area pros grew up cutting their teeth at Top Gun. With many big races held over many years, the track has primarily become a practice facility over the last 10 years. We are currently open under new ownership and plan to bring it back to life with a lot of cool plans for the future!

We bring together unmatched passion, performance, and the true spirit of riders who’ve been there. We’ve watched amateurs rise to the pro ranks and have lined up beside the best across the nation, and we know that the best stories start at the track.

    Cooper Webb

    OWNER

    With 2 West Coast 250 SX titles, 2 450 SX Championships, and a 250 MX Championship to his name, Cooper’s career speaks for itself.

    Now, he’s channeling that same passion into the next chapter—purchasing Top Gun MX to keep moto alive in his home state of North Carolina and inspire the next generation of riders coming up from the same roots.

    Seth Rarick

    MANAGER

    Seth raced pro from 2011–2015 and has since built a powerhouse career in motocross as a rider, trainer, and mentor. He’s trained under legends like Gareth Swanepoel (Star Racing Yamaha) and Aldon Baker (Red Bull KTM), even leading Star Racing Yamaha as team manager.

    With years of experience shaping top riders, Seth now brings his deep passion and expertise, and love for the sport to Top Gun MX.

    Dalton Keeven

    TRACK & EQUIPMENT OPERATOR

    Dalton has worked with some of the most respected names in the industry, including Dirt Wurx and Dream Traxx. He’s also served as a mechanic for top pro riders such as Shane McElrath, Joey Savatgy, Christian Craig, and Justin Barcia.

    With years of hands-on experience, Dalton ensures every inch of the track meets and exceeds industry standards.

    Sydney Rarick

    FRONT GATE & CHECK-IN

    Sydney grew up around racing alongside her dad and has been part of the moto world her whole life. Now, as wife to Seth and sister-in-law to Shane McElrath, she continues to bring her welcoming energy and love for the sport to Top Gun MX, greeting riders and families as they roll through the gate.
